A local woman, made a shocking and chilling discovery on her way to work this morning. While walking near her driveway, she came across an elderly woman trapped in a snowdrift. The woman appeared unresponsive, her lips blue and her coat too thin for the frigid temperatures.
“I thought it was trash at first, but then I realized it was a person,” Amy said. “She looked barely alive, so I immediately called for help.”
The elderly woman, whose identity is still unknown, was found clutching a small envelope with Amy’s name written on it in shaky handwriting. The envelope contained a cryptic note, which read:
