Sounding off on his personally owned social media platform, X (formerly Twitter), Department of Government Efficiency head Elon Musk hammered the Democratic Party and its agents in the federal government for supposedly encouraging illegal immigration and using federal tax dollars to do so. He also claimed they are trying to import their future voters.
Namely, in his post, Mr. Musk alleged that the Democratic Party and its bureaucratic functionaries are pilfering programs like Social Security so that they can use those dollars to draw illegal immigrants into America and pay them to stay here, as they see those illegal migrants as their future voters.
In that post about fraud and Social Security, Musk said, “The REAL reason so many Democrats are upset about entitlements (social security, medical, etc) fraud investigations is that they are using your taxpayer money as handouts to attract and retain ILLEGAL immigrants. Their future voters. That’s what it’s all about. Truth.”
Those angry posts about the state of things come amidst increasingly startling revelations from DOGE showing the incredibly vast amount of money poured into aiding illegal immigrants under President Biden, such as the tens of billions of dollars spent on nonprofits that help illegal immigrants in America. The American Tribune, reporting on that, noted:
According to reports, the HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) sent approximately $22.6 billion to numerous nonprofits that acted in the interest of migrants entering the United States and claiming asylum. Under former President Joe Biden’s leadership, the amount of noncitizens eligible for ORR funding increased dramatically.
